R-0.4 Traded a Poor Trigger. Could Also Take more Profit in a Strong Trend
Choose EJ over EU today as it was trending better. NB: made a mistake on order entry first thing so have discounted the "false trade" from PL (-0.3)
EJ Trade...
UJ Trades (NB trigger O/C against 20!)
.... Trading back into the daily Range on the GU and EU was profitable but difficult!
EU Obs (despite an eventual SAR lots of trades would have been stopped prior to it)

Psych Update
Definitely sinking into a hole this week. In life in general feeling lethargic, anxious, indecisive, rushed, out of control and actually achieving very little because I am doing so little which is just magnifying all the issues!
Issues
1. Trading APU. How did I have a 2.2% winning week a month ago?
2. didn't go for my walk last night, or this morning.
3. Not doing any Chi Kung.
4. Drinking again, albeit "healthily" but still having an impact.
5. Not Training Simon...He's away.
6. Not getting out during the day.
7. Flat... Gas safety check issues.
8. Injured
9. Mouth Ulcers
10. didn't do any BJJ study today
11. Didn't do any Trading study (reading today).
Solutions
1. Trading: It's late, so tomorrow morning when you're fresh go look at the week that was so good and copy the fuck out of it.
2. Walk: As soon as you've finished this do your walk!
3. Chi Kung: Start doing Chi Kung again, it only takes 10 mins a day so do it every day. Do it when you come back from your walk.
4. Alcohol: Go dry again if you need to, no one will give you a hard time!
5&6. Yeah Simon's away and if he were here you would have got out. But you thought you wouldn't this week to save money. Stupid, accept that no one can work and live at home all week and you must go out. It actually improves your productivity! So accept it as a cost of business.
7. Gas: safety check issues. You're doubting the guy/not sure if you can trust him. Ask Sarah why the cost, or simply fuck him off!
8. Injury: it happens when your training. It actually feels a bit better now that I've trained. Take it easy, no rolling around with big D and you can always go to Darren if needed.
9. BJJ. You're nearly there and you've been going at it hard recently. Why not start back next Monday fresh and excited instead in this rushed feeling.
10. Study: Just start again. Even a page a day will do!

You Can Make Money the Wrong Way And Lose Money The Right Way
Sometimes I've got to remind myself of this.
The correct way of making and losing money is: risking small controlled amounts of capital in the direction of the highest probability/when you believe you have an edge.
The incorrect way of making and losing money is: risking large uncontrolled amounts of capital even in the direction of the highest probability as this will very likely eventually lead to a sudden and catastrophic loss / bust because edge's fail regularly.
R -0.4: A Poor Exit And Trading A Doji/HM Trigger

R-1.4 EJ Not Very Well Correlated With EU and GU
14-18th April P/L: R-2.1
Tuesday Issues: Quit Trading at 0740 for no good reason other than had enough.
Wednesday Issues: Trading Imperfect triggers. Namely ones that opened and closed against the trend and were not at S/R. NB Imperfect triggers that retraced to S/R were healthy triggers.
Thursday Issues: Genuinely rubbish price action.

7th-11th April P/L: R- 3.1
Monday Issues: Poor Triggers a Discretionary exit.
Tuesday Issues: Mistake on Risk Calculation (otherwise good).
Wednesday Issues: Unrealistic PT's.
Thursday Issues: Poor Trigger , Unrealistic PT's.
Friday Issues: A Poor Fill screwed RRR, should have exited immediately.
NBs:
1. all doji and any bar that O/C against 8/20 (unless in prolong trend) = bad triggers
2. Need to label triggers prior to session start so as not to miss SARs
3. Triggers that O/C against 8/20 appear to be good CTT triggers.
4. Generally missing trades on other pairs as too focused on one I'm in.

R -2 Poor Triggers and a Discretionary Exit
Saturday, 5 April 2014
31st March - 4th April P/L: R -0.5
Monday Issue: Trading a poor trigger namely a Hi Wave Bar. Also expecting too much from a PT because not really looking at S/R levels.
Tuesday Issue: Discretionary Exit.
Wednesday Issue: Another unrealistic PT because not taking into account OHR. Also missed a trade because only looking at one pair.
